At Dolce Fiore, each floral arrangement is handcrafted using fresh flowers. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once 24 hours have passed from the time the order was placed.

• Cancellation requests are only accepted within the first 24 hours after placing the order.

• After 24 hours have passed, the order enters the preparation process and cannot be canceled or refunded.

• To request a cancellation within the allowed time frame, please email dolcefiorecontact@gmail.com and include your order number.
