Local delivery is available only within the city of Miami and is handled directly by our company using our own transportation.
Delivery Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: No deliveries

At Dolce Fiore, every floral arrangement is carefully prepared with fresh flowers and attention to detail. Because flowers and floral arrangements are fresh, perishable products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to personal preference, change of mind, or circumstances occurring after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your arrangement arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos of the arrangement.
Once we review the issue, Dolce Fiore may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
Natural Flower Variations
Flowers are natural products, and their color, size, shape, and appearance may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. Depending on seasonal availability, certain flowers may also be substituted with flowers of similar style, color, and value while maintaining the overall look and quality of the arrangement.
Delivery
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, Dolce Fiore is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, weather exposure, incorrect storage, or other circumstances beyond our control.
